This update includes a background service to facilitate Windows Update service on devices running Home or Pro editions of Windows 10 Versions 1507, 1511, 1607, and 1703.

后来在服务中发现"Windows 10 Update Facilitation Service" ，查了一下， 这个服务是在某次更新中（更新包为 KB4056254）安装的，这应该就是罪魁祸首，关键是这项服务无法被禁止。

方法一： 1、按下按下“win+R”呼出运行，在框中输入“services.msc”点击确定打开服务; 2、双击打开“Windows Update”; 3、将“启动类型”修改为“禁用”，点击应用点击确定即可。 方法二： 1、在开始菜单上单击右键，点击“命令提示符 (管理员)”;

唯一有点遗憾的是服务中有一项服务是“Windows 10 Update Facilitation Service”。 这个服务没有“停止”和“禁用”按钮，在注册表里面修改了ImagePath后重启电脑会自动启动。
